The provider of this website and the rental service is TRE CUNEI S.L, Tax ID (CIF) B29812849, registered address: Urbanización La Dama de Noche, bloque 12, portal 3, 29660 Marbella, Málaga, Spain.

Scope

These terms govern the booking and rental of jet skis and other water activities through this website.

Booking and payment

A booking is confirmed once payment is completed through our payment provider and the confirmation email is received. A "pay on arrival" option is also available. Prices are shown in euros and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

Customer requirements

The customer declares to meet the minimum age and legal requirements for jet ski use under applicable regulations. Following the safety instructions given by our staff is mandatory.

Security deposit

A security deposit may be required at the time of rental and will be returned after the jet ski's condition has been checked.

Cancellations and refunds

To cancel a booking, call +34 663 463 468 at least 24 hours before the booked time. As this is a leisure service for a specific date, the 14-day withdrawal right for other online purchases does not apply (Art. 103 of the Spanish General Consumer Protection Act).

Weather and safety

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the activity for safety reasons or due to adverse weather. In that case, we will offer a new date or a refund.

Liability and insurance

Using a jet ski involves risks. The customer is responsible for a diligent use in line with the instructions received. Insurance cover and liabilities are detailed in the rental contract the customer signs before the activity.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts designated by Spanish consumer protection regulations.
